Booking Terms & Conditions
The below booking terms & conditions maybe subject to change at the discretion by Watano Beach House’s owners and management, upon which the following details will be changed
- Rates:
- Low Season Rates: USD 1,000 per night.
- High Season Rates: USD 2,000 per night during festive seasons (Christmas: 18 December – 6 January).
- Group Package: For smaller groups (up to 6 pax), USD 135 per person per night (only subject to confirmation and availability by management)
- Reservation:
- To ensure the best Watano Beach House experience, we recommend bookings in advance.
- Payment:
- Our rates are inclusive of VAT and Service Charges. Payments can be made in both Kenyan Shilling and US Dollar.
- The company does not offer commission; clients will be charged directly by tour companies and travel agents at a mark-up of 10%+.
- Bookings requires a 50% down-payments of the total amount. The second installment must be paid within 30 days prior to travel.
- Booking Process:
- Bookings are facilitated through the Property Manager, who will confirm the availability of the premises and ensure all conditions are agreed upon by both parties.
- Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received 30 days before the date of arrival. No refund will be provided thereafter.
